Induction Furnaces for Melting and Heat Treatment

• Induction furnaces are produced for two applications: melting and heat treatment. Melting furnaces are available in two models: stationary and portable. Stationary melting furnaces are produced with capacities ranging from 500 kg to 30 tons and power ranging from 250 kW to 15 MW.
• Heat treatment furnaces are produced for various applications, including preheating furnaces used in rolling lines, roll forging and extrusion, annealing furnaces, pipe coating, bending and hardening.
• Vacuum induction furnaces, including VIM and SPS types, are available as special custom-made products.

Continuous Casting Machine
Continuous casting machines are produced for casting steel billets in various sizes.
Furnace Charging and Molten Metal Handling Equipment
Various magnets, ladles and ladle beams are produced in different sizes, according to customer specifications.
